The new sensors support two key industry requirements, including faster operation of equipment that incorporates sensors with inspection equipment - monochrome CCD linear image sensors, and lower power consumption.

These new sensors can also be used at a maximum data rate of 25MHz, incorporating a timing generator circuit and CCD driver and realizing high-speed operation with few external circuits.
